There are two aspects of creating a ShoreTel ECC Dial List.
Part 1 – Database
The first part is creating and connecting to the database that holds these lists.
Part 2 – Configuring ECC
The second part is configuring the ECC to use Dial lists after you have verified your database connectivity.
