Have you ever wanted to make multiple changes at the same time on Shoreware Director? Shoreware Director has the Batch Update Utility located in the Users sub directory. The Batch Update Utility will allow you change the following for each user in a single step:
- Change Conference Bridge
- Change Email Domain
- Change Personal Assistant
- Change Trunk Group Access Code
- Change User Group
- Change Voice Mail Server
- Change Access License (Personal Communicator)
- Change Allow Video Calls
In situations where you want to move users to other User Groups or to another voice mail server, the Batch Upate Utility can save you a lot of time.
