LANtelligence offers a wider range of User and Sytem Administration educational programs that include:

  • Instructor Led "on-site" - Our certified instructor will provide onsite training using "hands on" demonstration equpiment.   Classes are generally held in groups of 8-12 individuals, and require 1 hour and 15 minutes per group.
  • LANtelligence Classroom - LANtelligence maintains a 12 seat classroom.   The classroom is used for both System Administration education and End User instuction.  Each desktop contains a PC,  ShoreTel IP set, Call Manager and ECC Agent Tool bar.  The class room can be used to support both IPBX and Enterprise Contact Center Training.
  • Web-Collaboration - We can deliver "on demand" or "scheduled" training through a Internet webcaste that is appropriate to End User, System Administration and Enterprise Contact Center support.
  • Online Video Library - LANtelligence maintains a library of "self help"  video training materials.  The library contains "technical tips", "how to do" and a complete System Administration series for both IPBX and Enterprise Contact Center.  The library is availabe to registered users and is accessible "on demand"
