What we do
A VoIP solution is only as good as the network it is built on. For this reason, every member of the Lantelligence staff is minimally a Cisco CCNA level professional. The Lantelligence staff can configure and troubleshoot VoIP system issues and also resolve LAN/WAN MPLS and QoS issues. The staff at Lantelligence consists of ShoreTel, Microsoft and Cisco certified Voice over IP Technicians and degreed engineers.

How It Works
As a quality VoIP service provider , we work with you remotely (telephone and/or GoToAssist link) to solve your issues quickly and efficiently. We offer the following VoIP support solutions or can provide custom VoIP services:

  • PARTNER SUPPORT
    as a Certified ShoreTel Orange partner, Lantelligence can quote you support contract that includes all hardware, software maintenance releases, Software new Feature Releases and TAC 8X5 access. We handle all requests for MAC and Desktop Support remotely through out TAC center. The only additional charge you will see, is if we have to send a technician onsite.

  • PAY PER INCIDENT
    We offer a flat $195 on a “pay per incident” basis. Regardless of the time involved to resolve your issue, we provide VoIP solutions on a single fee per incident basis. All payments are “in advance” and the company accepts PayPal or Credit Card payment only.

  • PAY AS YOU GO
    Optionally, you can chose to “pay as you go” VoIP solution plan at the following rates:

    1. If your service request is made during normal business hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST you will prepay and select the $135 per hour rate.

    2. If you require assistance after normal business hours, or on holidays and weekends, you will be prepay and select the $175 per hour rate.

    3. Many of our clients prepay for a block of 10 Hours of normal business hour support by prepaying $1,215 and saving $135 off our normal rate! This rate applies only to our normal business hours. After hours VoIP support will be charged to your support credit at the $175 rate.
