24-7As a certified Orange ShoreTel partner, LANtelligence offers a number of support options customized to meet the needs of any organization.  In addition to the "pay as you go" options, we offer the following options for both ShoreTel product support.


  • Full Hardware and Software Support - Under this option all maintenance, new feature, hardware RMA and "break fix" requests are covered under your support agreement.  We provide 7X24 hour coverage with a one hour response time.
  • Software Only Support - This option provides for all maintenance and new feature software updates.  TAC time is billed on a T&M basis and we recommend a block of 10 hours of support be purchased with this option.
