This desktop will let you sample both a Shoretel Call Manager and complete Microsoft "hosted" desktop!

This is a real working environment! You must contact your LANtelligence Business Solutions Director for a User Name Password by email or phone!

When your desktop loads, you will see that you have access to a number of Microsoft Office Applications.

You will also note the Shoretel Personal Call Manager.  (The little yellow telephone set on the taskbar).  Click on the Shoretel Call Manager ICON bringing your call manager center stage on your desktop.

If you Click under FILE, you will see EXTERNAL ASSIGNMENT.  Please check the box and then put in the phone number at which you will receive or make phone calls in the following format:

9+1+AC+NUMBER

For best results check "wait for DTMF" which will require you to enter a digit 1 when your phone rings, confirming the connection (most analog lines do NOT have called part answer detect).

You are now ready to make and receive phone calls from your hosted desktop!

If you call our main number at 866-510-8547 and enter Bob's extension number of 363, your Personal Call Manger will indicate the incoming call and you can then use the Personal Call Manager as if you were in the office!

NOTE: Your telephone is restricted to local phone calls only.  All phone calls are logged and recorded!
