The graphical script editing tool is extremely intuitive and powerful allowing users to make SQL calls to integrate with CRM, Account management systems, billing systems. Pre-defined templates are available for announcement, getting digits, playing confirmation, SQL actions, ACD actions (like login, logout, wrap up etc), telephony actions such as transfers which make it extremely simple for supervisors to build scripts without knowing an advanced scripting language.
